BACKGROUND

‘The Literary Jewels’ (TLJ) is an online quarterly magazine focusing on the issues of Art, Culture and Education. Although the magazine was officially launched in October 2011, yet the roots can be traced back to the blog entitled ‘Literary Jewels’ (www.literaryjewels.com), a brain child of Amritbir Kaur, which was started in the year 2007.

The magazine ‘The Literary Jewels’ was commenced by Ms. Amritbir Kaur, a poet, translator, columnist and critic, with a view to provide a befitting platform to the worthy talent that is coming off age by now.
